We also bring the most famous Norwegian MARIUS® pattern in children's sizes. Great merino wool socks are a sure choice to keep you and your children's feet dry and warm. Wool wicks away moisture and warms. The socks are non-slip thanks to the rubber dots underneath. We deliver in two sizes for children around 1-2 years (size 22-26) and 2-4 years (size 24-26). Composition: 80% merino wool, 12% nylon, 6% acrylic, 2% spandex.

The most used Norwegian pattern comes from the workshop of designer Unn Soiland from the 1950s. He gained fame thanks to the movie Troll i ord and the actor Marius Eriksen. The sweater, knitted from 100% Norwegian wool, is produced under original license at the Rauma Ullvarefabrikk factory on the west coast of Norway in Andalsnes. In recent years, however, the license has expanded to include a line for children (Marius Kids), underwear, jackets and a range of souvenirs. But the Marius pattern is also popular thanks to the Norwegian fondness for knitting according to instructions. Marius is still published today in the "strikkepakke" version, i.e. a package of wool, needles and instructions so that everyone can knit their own Marius sweater at home.
